1 pound white American cheese, cubed
1 cup half and half
¼ cup salsa verde
Optional garnish:
1 cup pico de gallo
Place the American Cheese, half and half and salsa verde in a pan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally until melted and smooth.
Serve immediately, topped with pico de gallo if desired
