Asparagus Prosciutto Cream Cheese Wraps submitted by Donald Bruun
This is a super easy appetizer that people love. This recipe has been floating around for a while but is a family fave. Don’t plan on having any left overs.
- Fresh Asparagus
- Spreadable cream cheese
- Prosciutto
Wash the asparagus spears and snap off the tough ends. Spread cream cheese onto the asparagus spears. If you have smaller spears you can bundle 2 or 3 spears. Slice the prosciutto in half, length wise.
Wrap each asparagus or bundle with the prosciutto.
Put on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes
